Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of diecut123.com and your submission of inquiries, requests for quotation, files, and business communications through this website. They are intended for a B2B industrial manufacturing environment. Separate quotations, order acknowledgements, proforma invoices, purchase orders, and written supply agreements may contain additional or controlling commercial terms for specific transactions.

1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using this website, or by submitting an inquiry, quotation request, file, or message through diecut123.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website for that purpose.
2. Business Use
This website is intended primarily for business, engineering, sourcing, and industrial communication. You agree not to use the website for unlawful activity, abusive conduct, unauthorized access, malicious uploads, misleading submissions, or any activity that could interfere with website operation or ODT’s business.
3. Informational Content
Product descriptions, capability pages, engineering notes, material references, industry pages, and other website content are provided for general information only. They do not automatically constitute a binding commercial offer, production commitment, engineering guarantee, or suitability confirmation for any particular application.
4. Quotations, Orders, and Acceptance
Website inquiries and RFQs do not create a binding supply agreement by themselves. A commercial transaction is normally formed only when ODT issues a written quotation, proforma invoice, order acknowledgement, or other written acceptance, and the relevant commercial conditions are agreed.
Specific terms relating to price, lead time, payment, shipping, inspection, tooling, warranty, or technical scope may appear in the applicable quote or transaction documents and may control over this page for that transaction.
5. Customer Responsibilities
When requesting quotation, development, sampling, or production support, the customer is responsible for providing sufficiently clear and accurate information where relevant, including:
- Drawings, revision levels, tolerances, and technical specifications.
- Material expectations, end-use conditions, and required certifications if applicable.
- Testing or compliance requirements that could affect design or process choice.
- Any special storage, cleanliness, packaging, or application-related constraints.
The customer is also responsible for confirming that the final selected design, material, and application are suitable for the intended end use unless ODT has separately agreed in writing to a broader engineering responsibility.
6. Files, Drawings, and Submitted Materials
If you submit drawings, files, data, artwork, or technical materials through this website or by email, you confirm that you have the necessary right to provide them for quotation, review, manufacturing discussion, or related business communication.
You remain responsible for the content, legality, accuracy, and use authorization of submitted materials.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ODT retains rights in its own website content, branding, presentation, general manufacturing know-how, process methods, quotations, and non-customer-specific technical improvements. Customer-owned drawings, trademarks, and proprietary submissions remain the property of the customer or their rightful owner, subject to the limited right needed by ODT to review, quote, and, where agreed, manufacture the requested work.
8. Confidentiality
Commercial and technical information exchanged during ordinary quotation or project discussion may be treated with reasonable business confidentiality. However, if stronger confidentiality obligations are required, a separate NDA or written confidentiality agreement is recommended.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
This website may include links to third-party websites, videos, maps, social media pages, translation services, or other external content. ODT is not responsible for the content, policies, performance, or security of those third-party services.
10. Website Availability
ODT may update, suspend, modify, or discontinue parts of the website at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access to the website.
11. Warranty and Liability Disclaimer for Website Use
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for general informational and communication purposes. ODT does not make unlimited warranties regarding uninterrupted website access, the absence of technical errors, or the suitability of general website content for every project decision without further direct review.
12. Transaction-Specific Terms
For actual supply transactions, the relevant quote, purchase order acceptance, invoice, logistics terms, warranty terms, and written project documents may contain more specific obligations and limitations. In the event of inconsistency, the transaction-specific written documents should normally govern that transaction to the extent permitted by law.
13. Privacy and Cookies
Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how personal data and cookies may be handled on this website.
14. Changes to These Terms
ODT may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest published version on this website will apply to ongoing website use unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
